WHAT IS IT:

The Bay Area Tech Runs (BAYTR) is the Bay Area’s first and only community at the intersection of sports x tech x culture.

BAYTR is set up with the ethos of a social decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). A Social DAO is a community-led entity with no central leadership that aims to bring value-aligned individuals together organized around a common purpose. The goal is that the membership, incentives, governance, resources, and operations are aligned for all involved in order to pursue shared goals.

BAYTR members are able to contribute in different ways to the community through leadership positions, committees, bounties and more.
